Plymouth in Bloom 2012

Plymouth in Bloom celebrates our fabulous city and the efforts everyone goes to in order to make it a colourful and vibrant place to live.

Residents, businesses, community groups, allotment tenants and schools can all get involved in transforming neighbourhoods and creating a blaze of colour across Plymouth.

Through Plymouth in Bloom we aim to improve our local environment and quality of life and celebrate the achievements of our green fingered community.

Local volunteer judges tour the city during July to assess the variety of floral displays, allotment plots and sites, community projects, school gardens and floral displays.

All winners of the various categories will be invited to the annual awards presentation evening, where the Lord Mayor will present the awards and prizes.
