If you have a complaint about a bus journey, please let the bus company know first. Contact the relevant bus company with information regarding time, location, date, service etc.

If you don't feel your complaint has been resolved to your satisfaction, Bus Users UK, an independent organisation that represents bus passengers, may be able to help. If Bus Users UK can't resolve your complaint the Bus Appeals Body will issue a decision.
