Car parks and off street parking
Council run car parks
The Parking Unit is responsible for approximately 5,523 car parking spaces in a total of 50 car parks in the City of Plymouth. Nineteen of these car parks are situated in and around the city centre.
Plymouth City Council car parks are free for disabled badge holders excluding Theatre Royal Car Park. The blue badge and clock, where necessary, must be displayed correctly (the expiry date on the blue badge should be visible from the outside of the vehicle). Blue badge holders wishing to park in the Theatre Royal car park should check tariff signs for applicable charges.
