Kids in the Kitchen

It's back for 2010, get ready for some fun in the Kitchen

The Kids in the Kitchen Marquee returns for 2010 and will be better than ever. Face painting and refreshments will jostle with colouring, bread making and other interactive activities that will encourage kids to take an active interest and understand what goes into their food, and in turn promote healthy eating. With a whole host of activities including:

• Cupcake making with Mr Bun's
• The Slow Food UK Taste Adventure
• Face painting
• Hands on food demonstrations

Not forgetting the parents, we also have a Kids in the Kitchen cafe area at Flavour Fest this year run by volunteers from the Children's Hospice. They will be serving tea, coffee and cake so that parents can sit and enjoy the Flavour Fest atmosphere as their children enjoy the activities.
