Commercial property search

We work closely with local commercial agents and serviced office and managed workspace providers, as well as the Council's Commercial Property Team, to maintain a database of commercial premises available in and around Plymouth. The database is updated on a regular basis, and provides a useful tool for companies or individuals looking for suitable premises from which to set up, expand or relocate their business.

Online search facility

The database is available for enquirers to search online.

A full search requires users to register and login, and provides detailed results including contact details for the agents marketing the properties.

A 'quick search' does not require a user to register or login but only provides limited details in the results.

Information contained within the database is provided by local commercial agents and, whilst every effort is made to keep the database as up to date as possible, Plymouth City Council can take no responsibility for the accuracy of the information. It is therefore essential that the continued availability of premises is checked with the relevant agent(s) at an early stage of any project.

The database also enables us to produce monthly property registers in a format that easily shows what premises are currently being marketed by commercial agents and managed workspace providers, as well as the City Council's Commercial Property Team. Bespoke property search

We can also carry out a detailed search of our database and, using our close working relationships with local commercial agents, organise viewings on behalf of companies looking to set up, expand or relocate their business in Plymouth, and provide information and advice on financial support, the local labour market, training and other issues.
