Sales of Council owned land and property are dealt with by our Asset Management Division. This includes the sale of land and property available for commercial and residential development sites.

Please check this page at regular intervals for details of our latest properties, which have been declared surplus to the Council’s operational requirements.

Sites currently available:

Two development sites offered for sale on a subject to planning basis:

• Site of Barne Barton Primary School, Poole Park Road - 1.88 hectares (4.5 acres) - half of which is steeply sloping
• Former Playing field, Old Farm Road, Barne Barton - a level site extending to 0.61 of a hectare (1.5 acres)
