Catering opportunity - Plymstock Library

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us in creating a new catering facility in Plymstock Library which is currently being rebuilt to reinforce its position as the city's premier community library.

A cafe style service is planned and we expect this vibrant new facility to be open for business in early 2009. It is envisaged that the new coffee shop facility will provide a relaxed and inviting environment serving library users, local residents, town visitors and Council staff, providing a range of hot and cold drinks and limited snacks.

Expressions of interest are being sought from qualified caterers who can demonstrate a successful track record of running operations of a similar nature and who will want to jointly maximise the potential of this site.
