Council managed grazing land

The Commercial and Valuation Division manages a limited number of grazing sites on behalf of the Council.

The Division is made up of a group of dedicated officers, including Chartered Surveyors, who operate efficiently and are ISO 9001-2000 accredited which means their procedures have met exacting benchmarks laid down by the British Standards Institute.

There are 6 grazing fields situated in the following locations:

• Efford
• Estover
• Kings Tamerton
• Plymstock
• Roborough

These sites range in size from approximately 1.5 acres to 16 acres and are let on 364 day grazing licences for non business purposes.
