Building services

The Business Centre offers a range of offices from 14.2sq metres (152.85sq ft) to 25.8sq metres (277.71sq ft) and service desks. Electricity supplies are individually metered to each unit. All business units will have an individually metered 30 amp single phase supply.

All modifications to electrical installations must be agreed with the manager to ensure compliance with all regulations and health and safety legislation. Heating is provided and the cost of lighting within units is covered under the service charge.

Telephone and broadband

The tenant will be responsible for the payment of installation charges, rental charges and the cost of calls.
