Enterprise House

This building offers a range of offices, storage facilities  and workshops from 155 sq ft to 1200 sq ft. To reduce costs tenants can take advantage of background hearting and lighting in our open topped units, although self contained units are also available.

Electricity supplies are individually metered to each unit. Wherever possible we will arrange for the supply to be connected. All business units will have an individually metered 30 amp single phase supply. In some cases a 60 amp, 3-phase supply is available. All modifications to electrical installations must be agreed with the manager to ensure compliance with capacity of services and health and safety legislation.

This smart modern complex provides 15 well appointed offices ranging from 250 sq ft to 635 sq ft with reception located at the front. Electricity supplies are individually metered to each unit. Computer Complex

These popular self contained, well appointed offices and suites range from 390 sq ft to 1932 sq ft many with direct access from the rear car park. Heating is provided in common areas and tenants are responsible for the cost of heating and lighting within their units. Gas and electricity used by tenants in The Computer Complex is sub metered by Plymouth City Council and costs will be back-charged to tenants on a monthly basis. Tenants will be asked to sign a utilities agreement. All modifications to electrical installations must be agreed with the manager to ensure compliance with capacity of services and health and safety legislation.

Telephone and broadband

British Telecom and Telewest telephone lines are available. Tenants must make their own application to their preferred provider. The tenant will be responsible for the payment of installation charges, rental charges and the cost of calls.
