Office services

Photocopying, printing, fax and other services are currently provided on a commercial basis by tenants of the units but can also be arranged at reception.

Conference and interview rooms

These rooms are available by prior booking at reception. They should be left tidy and vacated promptly in consideration of the next client.

Traffic and car parking

Tenant's car parks are available. Tenants must not park on the access roads, approaching or adjacent to the buildings. Vehicles parked in areas which impede access to the buildings will be removed. There is also a visitor's car park, which should not be used by tenants.

Certain restrictions due to our location and the road network make City Business Park unsuitable for large lorries/vehicles, both incoming and outgoing, and companies who generate high levels of traffic.

Plymouth City Council takes no responsibility for loss or damage to vehicles or contents. Plymouth City Council operates a no smoking policy.
