BID ambassadors
On 7 October a BID ambassadors conference took place at the Theatre Royal. The aim of the conference was to meet and review the progress and impact of the BID during its first 6 months. Attendees were also consulted on the BID projects for 2006/2008 and future city centre business requirements were also identified.
Throughout the conference 5 discussion points were facilitated and fed back to the attendees. These discussion points were:
- promotion/marketing
- projects 2006/2007
- customer experience
- business involvement
- leadership and strategy
