City centre team
- David Draffan - Managing Director
Plymouth's first City Centre Manager was appointed in September 1999. David Draffan employed by the Chamber of Commerce, is responsible to the City Centre Company and is based in the Civic Centre.
The role involves liaison between the public and private sectors in the delivery of a 5-year business plan to improve the vitality of the city centre.
