Crime reduction
Plymouth Crime and Disorder Reduction Partnership (CDRP) runs multi-agency themed groups which respond to priority crime issues in the city, such as:
- Drugs and alcohol
- Violent crime
- Domestic abuse and sexual harm
- Anti-social behaviour and criminal damage
- Re-offending and serious acquisitive crime
- Preventing violent extremism
These groups meet regularly throughout the year and look at in-depth data and intelligence along with patterns and trends of crime to determine focused multi-agency responses to tackle or prevent crime over short or longer terms. Each group also own targets which are included in Plymouth's Local Area Agreement.
