Plymouth City Council do not currently operate an out of hours service. In the event of an emergency, please contact the relevant emergency service.
Southwest Water
- For a water leak or burst pipe in the road, on a pavement or any other place, call free of charge (24 hours) 0800 169 1144
- For pollution: to report bursts or leaks from any of Southwest Waters sewage works, pumping stations or pipes (24 hours) 0800 146 084
