The conference focused on sharing the understanding of legislation proposed in the Health and Social Care Bill, how agencies across the city were working towards current health priorities and how this was communicated to the general public, community groups and partners.
A number of ‘prescriptions’ were made during the day, these suggestions on how health care services could be further pooled, improved and aligned have been captured and will form an important part of how the Health and Wellbeing Board will approach its task of addressing Plymouth’s health priorities. The development of the Health and Wellbeing Board is now underway and information will continue to be shared through this webpage.
