Parents
Parents have the right to access their child’s educational records, under the Educational Regulations by making a request in writing to the Head Teacher. The records will usually be provided within 15 days of making the request. A fee may be charged, set by the governing body of the school to cover the cost of supplying the records.
Pupils
Pupils have the right to access their educational records under the Data Protection Act 1998 as a subject access request. The request should be made in writing to the Head Teacher and records will usually be supplied within 15 days. A fee may be charged, set by the governing body of the school to cover the cost of supplying the records.
