Performance Plan 2007 to 2008

Every year the council produces a Performance Plan, which sets out our priorities and current performance as well as what we aim to do for the next 3 years.

The plan includes information on

• a summary of the council’s strategic objectives and priorities for improvement
• arrangements for addressing the council’s improvement priorities, including any strength and weaknesses identified
• performance results and targets, and a brief statement on contracts

The full plan will be available for viewing from 1 July on this website and during normal working hours at the Civic Centre, Windsor House, libraries and area housing offices.

We welcome comments about any aspects of this plan and any suggestions about how the information could be improved to provide details that are meaningful to you as our customers.
