Overview and Scrutiny Panels
The Overview and Scrutiny Commission sets an Annual Work Programme and this work is carried out by five Overview and Scrutiny Panels. The Commission can also arrange for ad-hoc reviews to be undertaken to look into issues as they arise.
Each Panel consists of nine Members who take an active role in the process by gathering evidence first hand as well as hearing evidence from officers, witnesses and stakeholders.
