16th International Concert Series
Tickets and booking
Unless stated all concerts begin at 1pm, tickets are £6.50 and the price includes a programme. With the exception of the WARChild concert on 18 October there is a 50p concession for members of the Friends of Plymouth City Museum and Art Gallery.
Tickets can be bought in person from Plymouth City Museum and Art Gallery, Drake Circus or by post by sending a stamped addressed envelope (SAE) and cheque made payable to Plymouth City Council.
Non-concessionary tickets can also be purchased online from the we got tickets.website. Please note: tickets are not available to purchase from Vibes Music, Mayflower Street.

David Watkins - harp
David Watkins, one of the world’s great harpists, touches the strings of the soul. His programme will include the composers Watkins, Cardon and Mozart.

Suzanne Manuell - soprano
James Cleverton - baritone
Anthony Seddon - piano
These highly acclaimed musicians will present a programme of operatic love duets. Composers to include Gershwin, Puccini and Verdi.
Tickets for this concert are £7.50.

Alison Smith - classical guitar
Alison's lyricism and virtuosity delights audiences throughout the UK. She will be performing an exciting programme including works by Rodrigo, Koshkin and Mertz. A must for lovers of classical guitar music.

Tim Boulton - viola
Stella Pendrous - piano
He was the viola player of the Vellinger String Quartet and previously a member of the award winning piano quartet Domus, and violist with the Raphael Ensemble, specialising in string quintets and sextets.
Stella Pendrous has performed with the Richard Alston Dance Company and as pianist for the award winning Bash Street Theatre Company. The composers in their programme will include J S Bach, Britten and Rebecca Clarke.

Pete Oxley - guitar
Eclectica is a brand new project which redefines the 'string quartet'. Replacing the second violin and the viola with two guitars, this outfit has the groove and drive of the Meier and Oxley guitar duo, with the soaring lyricism from two of the world’s finest string players.
The programme will include an eclectic mix of music from South America, North America and Canada, together with some from Eastern Europe. This concert will be supported Airey and Coles.
Tickets for this concert are £7.50.
