Fright at the Museum

'Fright at the Museum' was an exciting, terrifying night!

For the Big Draw 2007, The Core chose a Halloween themed event. Activities began with a promising start featuring Freddy Kruger as the doorman - welcoming people in to the building. A headless man and a spectacular magic lantern show also proved to be a success. Random drawing activities dotted throughout the Museum and a late night showing of 'Night at the Museum' rounded things off.

Attendee feedback was very positive and included comments such as:

• “Very good and interesting”
• “I enjoyed the headless guy”
• “I loved the museum, it’s very educational”

The event marked another achievement for The Core who worked tirelessly to make sure everything ran smoothly.

The group are now looking forward to bringing young city residents more fun, exciting events once the Museum is fully re-open.
