Early Years Service

Advisory Support, Childcare 0-19 and Children's Centres

The Early Years Service is part of the Council's Services for Children and Young People. We support early years and childcare provision and children's centres in Plymouth.

We believe that children and young people deserve the best opportunities to reach their full potential and our service aims to provide effective advice and support to enable improved outcomes for all children and raise their aspirations.
