School attendance

Going to school regularly is important to your child's future. For example, children who miss school frequently can fall behind with their work and do less well in exams.

The information in the leaflet is for anyone with a child aged between five and 16 years registered at a school in Plymouth. This includes anyone who has the day to day care of a child. It explains your responsibilities for making sure your child attends school regularly.
