Work and delivery plans
The Tamar Estuaries Management Action Plan 2007 to 2009
The Tamar Estuaries Management Action Plan 2007 to 2009 identifies priority actions for the delivery of the Tamar Estuaries Management Plan 2006 to 2012 over the forthcoming financial years, and provides a format for annual reporting against which progress towards deliverables can be monitored.
The Action Plan identifies projects and services that Tamar Estuaries Consultative Forum (TECF) shall lead on, as well as externally initiated projects, for which TECF will have a significant contributory role in delivering.
The Action Plan for 2007 to 2009 sets out eleven priority actions and projects under eight key management areas. Each Action Plan identifies and outlines a specific project and/or service, resource requirements/costs, funding options, timeframe for delivery, and lead project partners responsible for delivery. All action plans and projects directly contribute to the delivery of the management objectives for the Plymouth Sound and Estuaries European Marine Site (Chapter 1).
The Tamar Estuaries Management Delivery Plan 2008 to 2012
In addition, the whole of the Management Plan has been broken down into delivery actions for the period right up until the end of 2012. The information is presented as a gantt chart which shows who will do what and when. This document is primarily a tool for the delivery partners so that everyone is clear on what needs to be done and will be updated on a regular basis.
