Progress reports on implementation of planning obligations
Since the year 2000 the Council has negotiated over £30m in Section106 contributions, of which over £14m has been received for mitigating the environmental and infrastructure impacts of development. Much of the balance has not been received because the development has not taken place or trigger points have yet to be reached.
The Council monitor the implementation of Planning Obligations through reports on a quarterly basis.
