Supplementary planning guidance

Supplementary planning guidance notes are non statutory supporting information and advice which amplify the policies and proposals of the Local Plan (Adopted 1996). Supplementary planning guidance are taken into account as a material consideration in deciding planning applications or appeals.

The supplementary planning guidance notes below, remain a material consideration in deciding planning applications until they are either replaced by new supplementary planning documents or adopted criteria based policies (which form part of the emerging Local Development Framework), whichever is the earlier.
