Affordable Housing
Important
The Affordable Housing policy currently being applied is that contained in the 1996 Adopted Local Plan (ie 25% affordable housing on sites of 25 or more dwellings) and not the emerging policy as contained in the Interim Planning Statement (IPS). The IPS does still contain useful background information and methodology for calculating Affordable Housing costs etc.
