Preferred Options
The Central Park Area Action Plan Preferred Options has been produced by the City Council as part of the second stage of preparing Plymouth’s Local Development Framework. It builds on the earlier issues and options consultation stage (Spring 2005).
The preferred options report sets out for consultation the City Council's proposed policy directions, and highlights alternatives where appropriate. The report will be a material consideration in the Development Control process.
The City Council intends that where there is a conflict between the preferred policy direction set out in this report and the provisions of Plymouth's First Deposit Local Plan, this report will take precedence.
There is also a sustainability appraisal which accompanies this document.
The Central Park Preferred Option report and consultation response summary can be viewed below.
