Sutton Harbour Area Action Plan

The City Council’s vision for Sutton Harbour is to consolidate and develop the Sutton Harbour area as an attractive and sustainable mixed use city quarter, creating a unique, high quality environment that will attract investment and new residents.

This Area Action Plan (AAP) sets out land use policies and proposals to balance the need for economic investment and tourism with protecting the historic environment and meeting the needs of the local community.

The Sutton Harbour Area Action Plan was adopted by Full Council on 28 July 2008.
