Derriford and Seaton Area Action Plan Report on proposed new district shopping centre January 2011

This report has been prepared to assist Plymouth City Council in the promotion of a new district shopping centre in the Derriford area of North Plymouth. A new district centre is one of the policy objectives of the Council’s Core Strategy. The Council is now preparing an Area Action Plan (AAP) for the Derriford and Seaton area.
