Plymouth City Centre Future Direction Investment and Development Strategy 2008 by Cushman and Wakefield LLP

The City Centre Future Direction Investment and Development Strategy has been produced for us by Cushman and Wakefield LLP. It forms a key part of the evidence base for the City Centre and University Area Action Plan (AAP). It contains a large amount of information on a strategy for the regeneration of the City Centre much of which has contributed to the development of the City Centre and University AAP Issues and Preferred Options document. The Council has not, however, endorsed all of the proposals in the Cushman and Wakefield Strategy. In particular, the site proposals set out in the Strategy are options for developments which need to be assessed further.
