Plymouth and South Hams Housing Needs Study update 2002
Plymouth City Council and South Hams District Council commissioned Opinion Research Services to undertake a comprehensive assessment of housing requirements.
The commissioning bodies recognised that the local housing markets do not coincide neatly within the local authority boundaries and this project was based upon close co-operation between the Plymouth and South Hams Housing and Planning Departments.
