Sutton Harbour East Interim Planning Statement 2003
In 1999 Plymouth City Council and the Sutton Harbour Company entered into a partnership - The Sutton Partnership. The main aims are to maintain the momentum of integrated regeneration throughout the Sutton and Coxside areas, to extend public access to the waterfront, and to improve the quality of new buildings.
