    This report is the third annual update of the 2006 Strategic Housing Market and Needs Assessment for the Plymouth Housing Market area (HMA), incorporating Caradon (part of a Cornwall Unitary from 1 April 2009), Plymouth, South Hams and West Devon. Updated information is provided on key aspects from secondary data sources to guide housing and planning policy for each of the HMA local authorities.
