Preferred Options

This preferred options report has been produced by the City Council as part of the second stage of preparing Plymouth’s Local Development Framework (LDF). It sets out the City Council’s proposed policy directions for public consultation.

It will be a material consideration in the planning application process. The City Council intends that where there is a conflict between the preferred policy direction set out in this preferred options report and the provisions of Plymouth’s First Deposit Local Plan, this reports will take precedence.

There is also a sustainability appraisal which accompanies this document.
