Freecycle

Freecycle is a web based re-use and recycling organisation.

Freecycle is basically a 'swap shop' You can use the services of this organisation to pass on an item that you no longer want, or to ask if anyone has an item that you want. It isn’t for selling items, but for donating them to others for free.

For example one member donated some surplus trees he had grown from seed. Another member wanted a new television and fridge.

There is also a question and answer section for all your recycling questions, which is answered from people all over the world, so you can find out what other countries are doing to recycle.
