Civic Centre reception

Our Civic Centre reception in Armada Way is open Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5pm.

We can give you information and advice on all council services and you can make a payment using our self service payment Kiosks. We can help you complete forms and make sure you have any information you need.

We have computers linked to the internet that are free to use, interview rooms, facilities for disabled visitors and various publications that you may wish to read.

If you are coming to the Civic Centre for a meeting please sign in at the main reception desk and a member of staff will come to meet you.

You can park in either the Civic Centre car park or the Theatre Royal car park.
