Council housing

Our housing department manages allocations, tenancy management, repairs and improvements, vacant properties and revenue collection for all our housing stock. It also provides housing information services to all residents in partnership with other agencies.

Council tenants will find lots of useful information in this section, including advice about applying for housing benefit, our contents insurance scheme, conditions of tenancy, paying bills and reporting repairs, as well as contact details for all our housing offices. Our tenants’ newsletter, 'What’s Up', is also available to download.
