Repairs services

The repairs service is now centralised and any repair requests should be made by phone to 01752 306500 or freephone 08082 306500, please note if calling the freephone number from a mobile phone charges still apply, or by email to repairs@plymouth.gov.uk.

Housecall

Repairs can also be reported on line via Housecall website (see links opposite). Select the item that needs attention and follow the screen prompts. Once you have completed your request, click the submit button and the repair will be passed to the repairs section.

Telephones are also available in the foyer of each of the branch offices to report repairs (see links opposite).
