Out of hours
The out of hours repairs service operates between the weekday hours of 5pm and 8:30am and at weekends from 4:30pm on Friday to 8:30am on a Monday.
To raise a repair during the above times call 01752 668000 or freephone 08082 306500 and ask for the On Call Supervisor. Please note if calling the freephone number from a mobile phone charges still apply.
The work which will be undertaken out of hours may be of a temporary nature only with the full repair being completed during normal working hours.
The out of hours repairs service is restricted to emergencies only.
Repairs can also be reported on line via Housecall. Select the item that needs attention and follow the screen prompts. Once you have completed your request, click the submit button and the repair will be passed to the repairs section.
