Tenants' Handbook

All tenants are issued with a copy of the Tenants' Handbook at the start of their tenancy.

The handbook contains detailed information about your tenancy and the services which the Council provides. It is updated regularly.

If you are a Plymouth City Council tenant and require a copy please contact your local Housing Office. Alternatively you can download individual pages of the handbook from the documents table below.
