EasyLet is a professional rental management service operating in partnership with Plymouth Homes4Let (PH4L). It makes letting easy for you whilst providing much needed accommodation in Plymouth.
Unlike high street letting agencies, we actively seek tenants to occupy EasyLet properties, offering a fast tenant finder service, matching private landlords with suitable tenants to minimise void periods. Landlords benefit from competitive market rents linked to the local housing allowance (LHA) and a full property and tenancy management service delivered by PH4L.
In some circumstances, there are interest free loans available for landlords to assist in bringing vacant properties up to the Decent Homes Standard. The loans are repaid over a period of up to five years and are subject to availability.

Cabinet Member for Planning, Strategic Housing and Economic Development, Councillor Ted Fry said: "This is a significant attempt to bridge the gap between housing need and accessibility to the private sector.
We acknowledge that there is a shortage of homes in the city and we hope EasyLet will go some way towards offering people a unique alternative.
There are private landlords who can provide decent accommodation to those in housing need and we hope EasyLet will make it easier for both landlords and tenants to find each other."
We are currently looking for good quality furnished and unfurnished properties, preferably with double glazing and gas central heating.
