Council sheltered housing schemes

Plymouth City Council has 11 Sheltered Housing Schemes across the city all of which has a designated Sheltered Housing Officer. Schemes can vary in the facilities which they can offer however the application process will establish which schemes will be most suitable for each applicant.

• Broadland Gardens*, Plymstock
• Brock House, Barbican
• Camels Head*, Weston Mill
• Helen Fox House, Devonport
• Innes House, City Centre
• Leypark Court, Estover
• St Maurice Road*, Plympton St Maurice
• Ron King House, Stonehouse
• Pendeen Close*, Southway

* These schemes are mainly bungalows (and therefore small dogs and cats may be considered).
