Tenant Participation Compact for Plymouth

A partnership agreement between tenants’ representatives, Councillors and Plymouth City Council Housing Services.

This compact is an agreement developed by tenants representatives and Plymouth City Council (PCC) Housing services. It describes the councils’ commitment to tenant participation in the management and delivery of housing services.

There have been many positive and significant changes in housing services since we agreed our first Tenant Participation Compact in 2001, and with your help we’ve developed this updated Compact to reflect the changes.
