DVDs can be borrowed from the Central Library and some Community Libraries.

The Central Library also has a growing Blu-Ray collection.

You can request DVDs free of charge if in stock or on loan, from any of our libraries.

All DVDs in stock can be found by searching the library catalogue.

Hire charges

• Premium - £3 for up to three days then £1.50 per day (maximum £15)
• Standard - £2.50 for up to one week then 50p per day (maximum £13)
• Value - £1.50 for up to one week then 25p per day (maximum £6.50)
• Short - 70p for up to one week then 15p per day (maximum of £3.75)

Advance payment

By paying in advance you will receive 50 per cent extra value credit. £10 will buy £15 credit, £20 will buy £30 credit and so on. The credit can be used for any library transactions such as hire charges, fines, book sale and printing.
