Theme for South West in Bloom
Each year a theme for the South West in Bloom competition is showcased in the Hoe Front garden. The theme for 2012 is loveLIFE.
loveLIFE
This is an exciting city wide health and wellbeing campaign and has been chosen as the theme for this year's South West in Bloom competition.
The Hoe front garden will be planted with an array of pink and white flowers, including fuchias, cosmos, geraniums and chlorophytum comosum (spider plants), and will feature the campaign logos, images and interpretation boards.
For many years gardening has been recognised as a way of keeping fit, healthy and active. Why not join the loveLIFE campaign to lose weight and get fit in your own garden, community garden or allotment this year and at the same time enter this years Plymouth in Bloom competition.
