Application and renewal forms

If you're looking for a day out why not go to the National Marine Aquarium, Trethorne Leisure Farm, Tamar Valley Donkey Park or one of our other attractions, it's fun and you'll save money too. Or if you want pampering try the Achievement Health and Beauty Clinic or one of our discounted hairdressers. If wining and dining is more your style there are restaurants from McDonalds for the kids, Sunday lunch at Forte Post House for mum and dad or The Tea Room at Lydford House Hotel for gran. In fact, you could plan a whole day knowing you've saved money and satisfied the whole family.

To obtain/renew your Plymcard contact any of the following locations or complete the application form below:

• 1st stop desk, Civic Centre
• Central library and all branch libraries
• Reception desk, Windsor House
• City Museum shop
• Phone us on 01752 307001.

Application forms are also available from Central Park leisure pools and Plympton pool.

Please take your completed application form to one of the following outlets:

• 1st stop desk, Civic Centre
• Central Library, North Hill
• Any Plymouth branch library
• City Museum shop, North Hill
• Windsor House, Tavistock Road, Derriford

You'll need to take along proof of address (and proof of status if applying for a free card).

All the above offices can issue you with a card while you wait. So next time you visit the library or museum etc, don't forget to pick up your card.

Alternatively, return your application form to us at The Plymcard Office, Department for Lifelong Learning, City of Plymouth, Plymouth, PL1 2AA and we'll post the card to you, together with a directory listing all the savings and discounts you can take advantage of!
