Plymcard membership
Membership of the Plymcard scheme is free to:
- Residents aged 17 and above, and NNDR (business rates) payers of the City of Plymouth
- Residents aged 5 to 16
- Over 60
- Full time students and trainees living in the city
- Residents in receipt of certain benefits:
- job seekers allowance
- carers allowance
- housing benefit
- income support
- council tax benefit
- severe disablement allowance
- incapacity benefit or holding SS310

| Residents of the city who are in receipt of job seekers allowance, carers allowance, housing benefit, income support, council tax benefit (and any dependent partner). | Green |
| Residents of the city in receipt of severe disablement allowance, incapacity benefit, disabled persons tax credit or holding SS310. | Green |
