Plymcard membership
Membership of the Plymcard scheme is free to:
- residents aged 5 to 16
- over 60s
- full time students and trainees living in the city
- residents in receipt of certain benefits:
- job seekers allowance
- carers allowance
- housing benefit
- income support
- council tax benefit
- severe disablement allowance
- incapacity benefit or holding SS310
For all other city residents the cost is just £3 annually

| Residents of the city in receipt of severe disablement allowance, incapacity benefit, disabled persons tax credit or holding SS310. | Green | Free | Annually |
