The Sports Development Unit have been involved in several projects which were externally funded or were of limited time spans such as the LEAP project which was a national pilot.

Community Football Project

Funding from the Football Foundation was given for a three year project to be run in the Honicknowle area of Plymouth to provide young people with the opportunity to play football, increase activity and reduce crime.

The Everyday Sport campaign - which is backed by politicians, sports stars, and organisations across the country - encourages people to build physical activity and sport into their everyday lives.
