Format
Each team contains four players.
Under 14 year olds are allowed to play up (eg against Under 18's) if desired and agreed. No Under 18's are allowed to play down.
In the interests of time, two legs of badminton are played per match for a period of 12 minutes maximum per leg. The team with the highest number of points (to a maximum of 15) are declared the winner of that particular leg and awarded one point. Therefore, the maximum number of points available for one fixture is eight.

Players must not have represented their County. Players who have trained with the County squad but have not played at County level may participate. Points scored by a player who has played in the County squad will be deducted.
